My Views
It’s time we take action about how to aggressively resolve some of our most serious issues. Specifically, our flooding problems, windmills on our horizon, and how we keep additional high-rise buildings away from our beachfront. I will continue to reject the current overpriced public safety building being proposed directly across the street from our primary school children. But instead, support the rebuilding of a new police station in its current location. I will fight to keep our taxes stable and our quality-of-life issues on the forefront, so our Ocean City residents further benefit from a safe, prosperous, and family-friendly resort community.
I Will Fight For:
-
PROTECTING OUR SHORES AGAINST WIND FARM DEVELOPMENT IN THE FUTURE
-
RESPONSIBLE ZONING & PLANNING TO PROTECT OUR NEIGHBORHOODS FROM OVERDEVELOPMENT AND PARKING PROBLEMS
-
KEEPING OUR PROPERTY TAXES STABLE
-
ELIMINATING PLANS FOR MASSIVE HIGH-RISE CONDOS AND 100+ ROOM HOTELS ON OUR BEACH
-
REJECTING THE PROPOSED PLAN TO IMPORT OTHER COMMUNITIES’ SEWAGE INTO OC FACILITIES
-
TRANSPARENCY & HONESTY IN ALL PROJECTS
